This adjustable weighted vest is designed for boxing training, fitness workouts, and general exercise. It features high-density thickening oxford fabric for durability and widening shoulders for comfort during wear. The vest includes highly flexible compressed sponge interlining for protection and shock absorption.

The vest comes with pouches for loading sand or steel plates (not included). Two variants are available with different maximum loading capacities and specifications.

The 20kg variant has a maximum loading capacity of 20kg when loaded with steel plate, 10kg when loaded with sand, or 5kg when loaded in sand pouches. It measures 60cm in length and 42cm in width, and weighs 600g when empty. This variant includes 16 black pouches.

The 50kg variant has a maximum loading capacity of 50kg. It measures 60cm in length and 42cm in width, and weighs 700g when empty. This variant includes 12 black pouches.

Both variants are black and made of oxford fabric. Each package includes one adjustable weighted vest.
