Calm & Balance Herbal Blend is available in two formats: loose leaf tea or capsules.

The loose leaf tea blend contains Muérdago (Mistletoe), Palo Brazil (Brazilwood), Flor de Tila (Linden Flower), Tumba Vaquero (Cowboy's Downfall), and Hoja de Zapote (Sapote Leaf). To prepare, boil 1 tablespoon in 2 cups of water for 15 minutes. The herbs may be reused for a second brew.

The capsule format contains 60 capsules at 400 mg each (Size 00) with no fillers. The capsule blend includes Ashwagandha Root, Lemon Balm, Passionflower, Holy Basil, and Chamomile Flower.
